Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree or equivalent thereto. 50% aggregate marks.

Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with Science and Mathematics 50% aggregate marks or equivalent

SC/ ST/ BC and Physically Challenged 40% Marks.

The final year degree Candidates also eligible to appear for TS Ed.CET-2023.
