3. India's first aquatic metro service  India's first aquatic metro service, the Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation( KMRC) East- West Metro Corridor  design is anticipated to be completed by Dec 2023. This makes Kolkata Metro the first in the crown. Metro Rail in the country. Kolkata Metro, which started its  trip in 1984, covers the entire  megacity and its cities. An aquatic metro runs through the Hooghly River connecting the binary  metropolises of Howrah and Kolkata.  Kolkata Metro Railway Corporation has taken up the  delicate task of making the lair with the help of German machines and the stylish experts. Work is still going on inside the lair. As far as the construction cost of the underground metro is concerned, the cost per kilometer for lair construction is aroundRs. 120 crores, but the cost of making an aquatic lair deep in the Hooghly swash has increased to around 157 crores.  The completion of this  design, connecting the busy Howrah and Sealdah  road stations as well as the North- South line of the Kolkata Metro at the Esplanade, will come as a great relief to lakhs of commuters. Another  magnet for  trippers

is the binary coverts under the  range of the swash. Passengers go aquatic for half a kilometer in  lower than a  nanosecond, giving them a one- of-a-kind experience.  India's first metro Kolkata Metro started its operations on 24 Oct 1984 between Dum Dam to Tollygunge. It was started with the help of the Soviet Union. The longest running metro train in India is the Delhi Metro with a length of390.14 km. Source DMRC as on 7 Mar 2022. Sammed Shikharji Jain Temple  Members of the Jain community  offered a massive demonstration across the country against the Hemant Soren- led Jharkhand government's offer to fete  Sammed Shikharji as a  sightseer destination. For Jains, Sammed Shikharji in the Parasnath Hills of Jharkhand is a hallowed place of passage. On Jan 1, the Jain community witnessed a significant  kick at Delhi's India Gate, a  sightseer  magnet.   After the Jharkhand government declared Sammed Shikharji as a  sightseer destination, contestation  girding the  sanctum has been raging for weeks. The Jain community in Madhya Pradesh had  before taken to the  thoroughfares to protest the selection. Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath has written to Prime Minister Modi and Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren to change his mind. Twenty of the 24 Tirthankaras are believed to have attained moksha at Sammed Shikharji, a spiritual leader of Jainism. Opposing the state government's choice, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad in a statement said the VHP was committed to  guarding the  quality of all Indian holy places.  The VHP said in its statement that the area should be  honored as a sacred area and there should be no meat and  medicine related tourism conditioning. According to reports, on Dec 16, 2022, a Jain  tabernacle in Gujarat was defaced. A civil demonstration on Sunday also protested the destruction  Shikharji,  frequently called Sammed or Sammate Shikharji, is a holy place in the Giridih  quarter of the Indian state of Jharkhand. The loftiest mountain in the state of Jharkhand is Parasnath hill, where it's located. Both Digambara and Swetambara consider it to be the most important Jain Tirtha.  The Jnatardharmakatha, one of the twelve foundational  textbooks of Jainism, is the first to mention Shikharji as a tirtha. Parsvanathacharitra, a  memoir of Prava written in the eleventh century, also mentions Shikharji. In 1768 CE Jagat Seth rebuilt the  tabernacles at Shikharji to their present form. But the statue is old. The date 1678 CE is written in Sanskrit at the bottom of the image. A  sanctum dates back to the 14th century. numerous Vtmbara  tabernacles were  erected in the 20th century. Pilgrims offer fruits, flowers, rice, sandals, incense, sandals and diyas. At the  bottom of Shikharji( Taleti) is the Bhomiyaji  tabernacle. A Calcutta  trafficker  erected the Nichli  tabernacle, which is  notorious for its armature. Arched entrances and Tirthankara puppets can be seen throughout the  tabernacle

5. ISRO's biggest space  operations in 2023  In 2022, the Indian Space Research Organization reached new heights as it experimented with new tests to  insure its  mortal spaceflight,  erected new  installations to train its astronauts, and forged a new relationship with the private sector by creating India's first private manufacturing  installation. Rocket to the test. The time 2023 will be no different. rather, as the canon is set, this could be a time of big, bold and  enterprising  peregrinations from India to space. The  demoiselle test of the Gaganyaan  charge, the country's first astronaut  charge to  shoot Indians off- earth on indigenously developed technology, is the boldest adventure ever accepted by the Indian Space Agency.  In 2023, ISRO will also conduct the first test flight of its most ambitious  charge Gaganyaan.  Although the Indian Space Agency will launch the unmanned G1  charge in the last quarter of 2023 and the G2  charge in the first half of 2024, the manned launch has been delayed until 2024.  The first unmanned flight of the Gaganyaan program's G1  charge was intended to test how well the launch vehicle, orbital module propulsion system,  charge control, communication system and recovery procedures would perform when used by humans. Indian Air Force astronaut  rookies have  formerly completed their first semester of training, which includes modules on theoretical foundations, space  drug, launch vehicles, spacecraft systems and ground support  structure.  India is trying to model its first runway  wharf  trial on the lines of the US shuttle RLV- LEX. The Aeronautical Test Range at Chitradurga, Karnataka can be used to test the  charge. Last month Science & Technology MinisterDr. Jitendra Singh  streamlined Parliament on the progress of the  charge.  According to ISRO the configuration of RLV- TD combines the complexity of both launch vehicles and aircraft and is  similar to an aircraft. The winged RLV- TD is designed as a flying test platform to  estimate  colorful technologies including powered  voyage flight,  independent  wharf and hypersonic flight. The vehicle will  ultimately be extended to serve as the first stage of India's applicable two- stage orbital launch vehicle.  While Europe and the US have  preliminarily launched  examinations to learn  further about the  drugs of the sun and the  elaboration of the star at the center of our solar system, India has prepared a  charge for it. In 2023 the Aditya L1  charge will launch to the first Lagrange point. The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory satellite SOHO from NASA is now at the L1 point of the Earth- Sun system,  furnishing a  nonstop view of the Sun. The advantage of regularly viewing solar  exertion from this position is lesser.  Aditya- L1 will be equipped with seven  loads that will use  flyspeck and electromagnetic sensors to study the photosphere, chromosphere and  external layers of the Sun. The remaining three  loads will conduct in- situ  examinations of  patches and fields at the Lagrange point L1, while the remaining four  loads will directly observe the Sun from L1's unusual  edge point.  ISRO will carry the US instrument on the  forthcoming Chandrayaan 3  charge  Biggest space  operations in 2023 by ISRO Chandrayaan- 3 India is  each set to launch the successor of its  largely successful lunar orbiter after NASA completed the first launch of the Artemis- 1  charge.  Chandrayaan- 3 is  listed to be launched by GSLV Mk- III in June this time.  The  charge was  laid over as ISRO continues to test the rover, which is anticipated to be more durable than the  former two  operations.  The  charge will use the orbiter from Chandrayaan- 2, which crash- landed on the Moon, although it isn't a  dupe of that  charge.  According to ISRO ChairmanS. Somnath, the engineering of the spacecraft has changed dramatically and it has been strengthened to avoid problems from the  former launch.  Other major space  operations in 2023  ISRO's test of a small satellite launch vehicle in 2023, though not meeting all  prospects, has paved the way for the space agency to continue the billion- bone

small satellite assiduity.  A notable  illustration of how ISRO is empowering and helping private aerospace enterprises, especially startups, is the launch of the first  intimately  erected rocket by Skyroot Aerospace last time. With  adding  investment and the emergence of  slice- edge technologies, the private sector will push further into the  period of space  disquisition.  ISRO's biggest time could be 2023 and if all goes as planned coming time will have a lot  further prologues  blastoffs and  wisdom.

7. India's first green hydrogen blending operation in piped natural gas network at NTPC Kawas in Gujarat. The  design is a  common  trouble of NTPC and Gujarat Gas. The power generation  establishment said that the first molecular of green hydrogen from the Kawas  design was set in  stir by  design head P Ram Prasad in the presence of NTPC Kawas and other  elderly  directors of GCL.  After the  launch of blending and operation, NTPC Kawas conducted an  mindfulness factory for the township  residers with the help of GCL  officers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation gravestone for this  design on July 30, 2022. The setup is set up to supply H2- NG to  homes in Kawas Township, Surat. Green hydrogen in Kawas is made by electrolysis of water using energy from an  formerly installed 1 MW floating solar  design.  The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board( PNGRB), the nonsupervisory body, has approved a 5 vol. Blending of green hydrogen with PNG is  also gauged  up step by step to start and reach a blending  position of 20.  Green hydrogen combined with natural gas reduces CO2 emigrations and maintains net heating content. NTPC claims that only select countries like UK, Germany, Australia etc can achieve this feat. This will bring India to the center stage of the global hydrogen frugality.  India won't only significantly reduce its hydrocarbon import bill but will also shore up forex by being an exporter of green hydrogen and green chemicals to the world. NTPC is India's largest energy empire.
