Andhra Pradesh State Govt. Schemes:

Jagananna Amma Odi scheme

 

Objective:

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced the “Amma Odi” program to provide financial assistance to every mother or recognized guardian in a family below the poverty line, irrespective of caste, religion, and region. Mother or guardian of children studying in I to XII (Intermediate Education) in all recognized Government, Private Aided and Private Unaided Schools/Junior Colleges including Residential Schools/Colleges in the State from the academic year 2019-2020 are eligible for this scheme.

Benefits to Citizens:

The promised Rs. 15,000 assistance, irrespective of the number of children, will be directly deposited in the beneficiary's savings bank accounts in January every year till the child completes 12th standard.

 

Jagananna Chedodu scheme

 

Objective:

This is a state government funded welfare scheme exclusively for tailors, washermen and barbers in the state who have lost their livelihood due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds awarded to each beneficiary are directly transferred to their bank accounts.

Benefits to citizens

Under this scheme, Rs.10,000 will be provided to the beneficiaries at once. This fund can be used by the beneficiaries to purchase tools, equipment and other necessary items to increase their source of income and work establishment. This helps them meet their investment needs.

 

Jagananna Dodu scheme

 

The goal

Jagannanna Todu Scheme introduced by the AP government to help the small traders who are struggling with high interest rates.

Benefits

Banks provide hawkers, street vendors and artisans engaged in traditional handicrafts with Rs. 10,000 as an interest-free term loan.

Eligibility

Those who carry carts on roadsides, footpaths, public and private places, and those who carry goods on their heads in Gampa are eligible.

Those doing business from one place to another on bicycles, motorcycles and autos are also eligible.

Those who have set up permanent or temporary shops in villages and towns in a space of about 5 feet length and 5 feet width or less are eligible for this scheme.

 

Jagananna Dharam Devena Scheme

 

Objective:

The scheme aims to improve Gross Enrollment Rate (GER), provide quality higher education, ensure continuity of students in higher education and equip students with necessary skills.

Benefits:

Hostel and mess charges of BPL students are provided by the government under the Jagananna accommodation blessing. Students of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) courses get Rs.10,000, polytechnic students Rs.15,000 and degree students get Rs.20,000 fee reimbursement every year. Full fee reimbursement is provided to SC/ST students irrespective of courses.

Eligibility:

Students pursuing Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and PG/Ph.D courses are eligible Students must be enrolled in a private college institution affiliated to government or state universities/boards

Annual family income is Rs. Should be less than 2.5 lakhs. Beneficiaries should have wetland within 10 acres/ agricultural land within 25 acres/ or wetland and agricultural land within 25 acres only.

Beneficiaries should not own any four wheeler vehicles (car, taxi, etc.). Government employees are not eligible for this scheme. All sanitation workers are eligible irrespective of their salary. If anyone in the family is receiving pension, he or she is not eligible for the scheme.

 

Jagananna Vidya Devena Scheme

 

Objective:

Scholarships are very important for all those students who cannot pay the fees due to various financial burden on the family. Under this scheme, full fee reimbursement benefits will be provided to around 14 lakh students in the state.

Benefits:

Financial aid is provided to all students who wish to study and pursue higher education but are unable to pay the fees due to financial burden of their family. Reimbursement is directly credited to the student's mother's account in four installments annually.

Eligibility:

Under Jagan's Vidya Deevena Scheme, fee reimbursement is provided to students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Minorities, Kapus, Economically Backward Classes and Disabled. Any student whose annual family income is less than Rs.2.5 lakhs is eligible.

Those having 10 acres of wetland and 25 acres of dry land are also eligible for the benefit.

There is no income limit for students from sanitation working families and students who are professionally dependent on taxi, auto and tractor. However, income tax payers are not eligible.

Initially, full fee reimbursement will be extended to students pursuing B Tech, B Pharmacy, M Tech, M Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, BED and similar courses.

 

Jagannana's gift of education

 

Objective:

The government provides three pairs of uniforms, notebooks, text books, one pair of shoes, two pairs of socks, belt and school bag to all students from class 1 to class 10 in all government schools.

Benefits:

The scheme will benefit around 39.70 lakh students across the state and all arrangements have been made under the comprehensive Shishu Abhiyan to provide 7 items to the students on the first day of reopening of government schools. He said that the government will also provide free bus facility to the students. It should also be noted that students can join either English medium or Telugu medium. But Telugu has been made compulsory in every classroom where English medium is taught.

YSR Housing Scheme | YSR House Railing Scheme

 

The goal

It is a housing scheme for the poor. YSR Housing Scheme, also known as YSR Awas Yojana and also known as Pedalak Illu Pattalu.

Benefits

The program will benefit around 27 lakh people in the state who are eligible under this housing scheme.

 

Scheme today on Manabadi

The goal

The State Government launched the 'Nadu-Nedu' scheme on November 14, 2019 to undertake basic infrastructure works with nine (9) components. i. Toilets with running water, ii. Electrification with fans and tube lights, iii. Drinking water supply, iv. Furniture for students and staff, v. Painting for school, vi. major and minor repairs, vii. Green chalk boards, viii. English laboratories, ix. Compound walls in all government schools for the transformation of government schools in the state

Benefits to citizens

The scheme aims to reduce the dropout rate in all schools by implementing the Mana Badi – Nadu Today program along with upgrading school infrastructure and taking various measures.

 

Village volunteers

 

The goal

Village Volunteers System is a major program of the government to provide government services to the people through volunteers.

Benefits

It aims to provide governance services at people's doorsteps. The basic idea behind the implementation of the scheme is to instill confidence in the government He said that village secretariats will be set up in every village to provide governance to the people within 72 hours. Volunteers act as a bridge between the government and the people of the state 2.8 lakh volunteers will participate in this scheme. Under this 1 volunteer covers 50 families in each village. Each volunteer will be given identity cards and will get an allowance of Rs.5000 per month.

 

Y.S.R nine hours free power supply

 

The goal

The government is ambitiously implementing the scheme of nine hours of free electricity during the day for agriculture, free electricity for SC and ST families and affordable electricity for aqua farmers. Per unit for aqua farmers Rs. 1.50 will benefit 53,649 families.

Benefits

The government has allocated Rs 4,525 crore for this, which will benefit 18.15 lakh farmers due to nine hours of free power supply during the day.

 

YSR Adarsh ​​Scheme

 

The goal

YSR Adarsh ​​provides self employment opportunities to the unemployed youth. Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC), Andhra Pradesh Civil Supplies Corporation (APCSC), Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited (APBCL) and other government agencies provide vehicles to the youth for transportation of sand and other essential commodities.

Benefits to citizens

Vehicles are given to unemployed youth to provide self employment opportunities by APMDC, APCSC & APBCL Corporations for transportation of sand & other materials. Through this the unemployed youth will get Rs. 20,000 per month. can earn

 

YSR Arogya Asara

 

The goal

YSR Arogya Asara Scheme provides post therapeutic subsistence allowance to poor patients during their recovery period. Once the poor patients are treated with the assistance of YSR Arogya Shri, the state government will provide them with a maximum of Rs. 225 or a maximum of Rs. 5,000 will be provided. This wage-loss allowance covers 836 types of surgeries in 26 specialties.

Benefits

Under this scheme, poor patients get financial assistance from the government after they are discharged from hospitals. They money helps the patient to meet family financial needs and post-treatment medications.Under this scheme, a maximum of Rs. 225 or a maximum of Rs. 5,000 can be obtained. The assistance amount will be disbursed directly to the beneficiary's bank account.

 

YSR Arogyashri

 

The goal

The AP government provides free treatment for specific ailments to eligible patients at any hospital in the state.

Benefits

Under the scheme every BPL family will have access to free hospital service and equity.

Provides coverage of up to 5 lakh per annum per family. Free medical service from recognized hospital and reimbursement mechanism. Provides financial security for catastrophic health expenses. Andhra Pradesh provides universal health coverage insurance to the people

 

YSR Insurance

 

The goal

The main objective of the scheme is to provide relief to the families of unorganized workers who suffer severe hardship due to death or disability.

Benefits to citizens

Registered unorganized workers are enrolled as members under the State Accidental Death and Disability Scheme and under the Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana (AABY) and are also covered under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY). They get the following benefits:

Rs.2 lakh for 18-50 years and Rs.30,000/- for natural death for 51-60 years, Rs.5 lakh for accidental death and total disability and Rs.2.50 lakh for partial disability between 18-70 years.

Scholarship Rs.1,200/- for children (up to two children) studying 9th, 10th, Inter and ITI.

Entire online settlement process. Rs.5,000/- towards funeral expenses to be paid within (2) days and the entire balance to be paid on the 11th day or 13th day of the death ceremony.

 

YSR Handover Scheme

 

The goal

The scheme aims to empower SC/ST/OBC/minority caste women. Financial benefit of Rs. 75000 should be provided for women between 45 to 60 years for a period of four years.

Benefits to citizens

An assistance of Rs.75,000 over a period of four years will be provided to the female beneficiary in four equal installments of Rs.18750 per year

The amount will be transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiary side.

 

YSR Jalayagnam Scheme

 

The goal

Jalayajnam is a program of mass irrigation and water supply for drinking water needs in various parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Benefits

They want to provide safe drinking water and irrigation water to the people.

Ponds should be modernized to improve water storage.

 

YSR's wedding gift

 

The goal

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched YSR Pelikanuka Yojana to provide financial assistance and security for girl child marriages to poor families in the state and financial security even after marriage. The main objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to poor girls and to abolish child marriages and to protect the bride by registering the marriage.

 

YSR is the light of the eye

 

The goal

'YSR Kanti Velam' is a program of eye examinations and comprehensive eye examinations for the entire population of the state. The entire cost from basic eye tests to surgeries where necessary for a total population of 5.40 crores will be borne by the government.

Benefits

Residents will benefit from the free mass eye screening program undertaken by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in a phased manner. The scheme aims to provide comprehensive and sustainable universal eye care to all the people of the state.

 

YSR Kapu Nestam

 

The goal

The YSR Kapu Nestham scheme is aimed at uplifting the living standards of Kapu, Balija, Telaga and Ontra sub-caste women.

Benefits

It increases the livelihood opportunities and living standards of Kapu women. AP Government will provide financial assistance of Rs.75,000/- at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per annum for next 5 years. The amount will be directly deposited into the applicant's bank account.

 

YSR law firm

 

Objective:

A monthly stipend for junior lawyers is Rs. 5,000 government launched YSR La Nestham in December 2019 to provide financial assistance.

Benefits

All Junior Advocates and Lawyers will receive Rs. per month as stipend during the first three years of practice. 5,000. will provide

Eligibility

Candidates must be citizens of Andhra Pradesh. Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in Law. A Junior Advocate should not exceed thirty five (35) years as on the date of issue of G.O. The applicant's name shall be entered in the rolls of advocates maintained by the Andhra Pradesh State Bar Council under Section 17 of the Advocates Act, 1961. Applications from fresh law graduates passed in the year 2016 and onwards are eligible only. The first three years of practice period shall be counted from the date of enrollment certificate issued under section 22 of the Advocates Act, 1961. G.O. Junior Advocates who have commenced practice as on the date of issue and have not completed the first three (3) years of practice shall be entitled to stipend for the remaining period. Applicant having four wheeler in his name is not eligible.

 

YSR Matsyakara Nestam

 

The goal

The government provides many welfare programs to the fishermen in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Benefits

As financial assistance, fishermen operating mechanized, motorized, motorized fishing nets and fishing rafts during the “no fishing” period will receive Rs. 10,000. Provides 9 per liter for fishing boats on diesel subsidy. The same is provided at designated fuel filling stations. Enhanced ex-gratia to families of deceased fishermen (while in occupation) using mechanized, motorized boats and fishing rafts Rs. 10 lakhs will be provided. All fishermen between 18 to 60 years of age can avail this benefit.

 

YSR Navodayam Scheme for MSMEs

 

The goal

YSR Navodayam aims to fulfill the needs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Andhra Pradesh state by providing financial relief by restructuring their bank loans.

Benefits

A program to create a new ecosystem for MSMEs so that all eligible MSME units are covered for restructuring of accounts at once till 31-03-2020 Dr. One Time Restructuring (OTR) of MSME Loans Scheme under Y.S.R Navodaya. Reimbursement of 50% (not exceeding Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) per account) of auditor's fee for preparation of Techno Economic Viability (TEV) report, for cases restructured by banks under OTR.

 

YSR Netanna Nestham Scheme

 

The goal

The scheme aims to improve handloom work by providing financial assistance to handloom workers.

Benefits

Under this scheme, Rs.24 thousand will be directly deposited in the bank accounts of weavers who have their own looms every year. Each beneficiary will receive a total assistance of Rs.1.2 lakh over the next five years.

 

YSR Pension gift

 

The goal

The government has announced YSR Pension as part of its welfare measures to meet the hardships of the poor and weaker sections of the society, especially the elderly, disabled, widows and disabled people to lead a dignified life.

Benefits

A monthly pension of Rs.2250/- will be provided to stone masons, weavers, single women, fishermen, ART (PLHIV) persons. Traditional cobblers, disabled, transgenders and drum artists will receive a monthly pension of Rs.3,000/-. 10,000/- per month for people suffering from chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis in government and network hospitals.

 

YSR Rythu Bharosa

 

A brief objective

Farmer families including tenant farmers across the state will receive an annual subsidy of Rs. Andhra Pradesh Government is implementing YSR Rythu Bharosa from October 15, 2019 to provide financial assistance to farmers at the rate of 13,500/-. Access to investment during crop season to enable timely sourcing of quality inputs and services for higher crop productivity.

Benefits

Landowning farmer families irrespective of the size of their land holdings who have collective cultivable land, under PM-Kisan will get Rs. 6,000/- including a benefit of Rs.13,500/- per annum per family in three installments.Landless Tenant Farmers & ROFR Cultivators belonging to SC, ST, BC, Minority Communities in the State @13,500/- per annum, financial assistance from Andhra Pradesh Government Budget.

 

YSR is holistic nutrition

 

The goal

YSR Sampurna Poshan aims to supply nutritious food in tribal areas.

Range

77 Scheduled and Tribal Sub Plan Mandals are spread across the State in Seethampet, Parvathipuram, Paderu, Rampachodavaram, Chintoor, KRpuram and Srisailam and 7 Integrated Tribal Development Agency ITDAs in 8 districts.

 

YSR zero interest scheme

 

The goal

To reduce interest burden on poor SHG women, YSR is proposed to pay interest portion for FY 2019-20 on SHG bank loan amount outstanding as on 11/04/2019 under zero interest. SHG loan accounts declared as NPA as on 31/03/2019 as per SERP and MEPMA data base will not get YSR zero interest scheme.

Eligibility

Only permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh state can avail the benefits of the scheme. Applicant must belong to below poverty line means only poor SHG member will get opportunity to apply for the scheme. Rs. SHG women from rural and urban areas with bank loan accounts up to 5.00 lakhs are eligible.

 

YSR Vahana Mitra

 

The goal

Under YSR Vahana Mitra scheme, auto, taxi, maxi drivers/owners will get Rs. 10,000 financial assistance will be provided. Assistance is provided for handling expenses and obtaining insurance and fitness certificates among other documents.

Benefits

The state government aims to increase revenue and reduce taxi repair costs by providing financial assistance to economically disadvantaged taxi drivers through Vahana Mitra Yojana. A fund of Rs.10,000 will be provided through the bank account to all auto and cab drivers registered under the Mitra scheme.


Diesel subsidy scheme for fishing boats

 

The goal

Diesel subsidy will reduce the financial burden on the livelihood of fishermen and protect them from market fluctuations.

Benefits

The government is providing a subsidy of Rs.9 per liter of diesel.
